Episode #4 – #WhatHelpsUs – Sadness
On this episode of the Sources of Strength Podcast, our hosts David, Elliot, and Ms. Tonelli discuss one of the big three emotions: sadness. They are joined by Mr. Tobin, an English and Special Education teacher at Central High School. Mr. Tobin and the hosts share personal stories of sadness, how to manage and endure, as well as the resilience that we all have to get through sad times. This episode is part of the #WhatHelpsUs campaign.
