In this episode of Revengers: Friends from Work the Podcast, I will be discussing: Captain America Civil War. Both sides of it, who was right, who was wrong and why.
What they were arguing over:
- The Sokovia Accords, should they sign them or not.
- What was good and what was bad about the accords.
- At the signing of the accords, a bomb went off and the person who set off the bomb framed Bucky to make it look like he did it. They were trying to turn Steve and Bucky over to the authorities, and other Avengers came to their aid.
- The other Avengers who signed the accords, fought against Steve and the others to try and get their point across that they were after the wrong people and that Bucky was innocent.
Team Captain America:
- Wanda, Sam, Steve, Bucky, Clint, Scott.
- Knew that Bucky was innocent and stood by Cap.
- Didn’t sign the accords.
- Some were mad at Tony, some were loyal to Cap, that’s why they joined his team.
Team Iron Man:
- Vision, Rhody, Tony, Natasha, T’Challa, Peter.
- Accused Bucky of being responsible for the bombing at the Sokovia Accords.
- Signed the accords because they believed that they needed to be in check + they felt if they didn’t do it now that it would be done to them later.
